4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

- These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- NEWKICKS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Delivery Issues

Export Restrictions & Compliance
NEWKICKS complies with all applicable international trade laws and regulations.
1. Restricted Destinations
We currently do not ship to countries or regions subject to trade sanctions or embargoes, including but not limited to:

- Iran
- Syria
- Cuba
- Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions
Orders placed from these locations will be canceled and refunded.

3. Export Documentation
- We provide accurate commercial invoices and shipping documentation as required by customs authorities.
